UK ORDERS

We offer 2 postage methods for all UK orders & you are free to choose whichever option you prefer by selecting your delivery method in the checkout pages (after you have entered your address details).

Option 1 . . . FREE 2nd class Royal Mail delivery

Option 2 . . . £1.99 1st class Royal Mail delivery

Both of these delivery options are available on all UK orders, regardless of how big or small your order is (although we do have a minimum spend of £5.00 per order for second class).

Wherever possible, we attempt to process & dispatch your order within 24 hours if you order on weekdays and within 48 hours if you order at the weekend.

(Please note, however, that if you order after 12pm on a Friday, your card making supplies won't be posted to you until the following Monday, as we don't have a postal collection on Saturdays or Sundays)

Our standard FREE 2nd class dispatch will deliver your card making supplies to you within 10 working days of your order date, although in many situations your card making supplies should reach you a bit quicker than that.

If you want to receive your order in a hurry, you should select our £1.99 First Class delivery option, which guarantees that your order will receive priority processing & shipping.
In most cases (except if you order at the weekend) you will receive your order within 36 hours if you opt for First Class UK delivery with Imag-e-nation

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We accept orders from virtually every country on the world & wherever you are on the planet, you will find a simply, low-cost delivery rate for your card making supplies order, which is automatically calculated by our system, depending on your location.

Republic of Ireland - £5.00 . . . . . Europe - £10.00

Worldwide (USA, Australia, Canada etc) - £20.00

These are fixed rate shipping prices which apply to all orders, regardless of size.

Most other UK craft websites charge similar postage rates to delivery within the UK!

There are no surprises when you buy your card making supplies from Imag-e-nation, regardless of where you are located - the price you see in £s is converted directly into your local currency by your bank at the precise current conversion rate, without any charge to you.

Please allow up to 14 days for your card making supplies to arrive, although in many cases orders arrive much quicker.
